Unlike a supplier who sells products or a contractor who installs them, Flamingo Floors works exclusively in your interest. We are not tied to any brand, product range, or installation team. We specify the right product for your space, source it at the best commercial price, and manage the installation to your standard — not theirs.
We work across corporate offices, retail stores, hospitality venues, healthcare facilities, fitness centres, showrooms, and mixed-use developments. Each space has different requirements in terms of durability, acoustic performance, maintenance, and aesthetics — and we specify accordingly. No two projects receive the same specification.
We offer both. Some clients engage us for specification and sourcing only. Others use our full project management service. Most find full project management delivers better outcomes — because the gap between a correct specification and a correct installation is where most problems occur, and we close that gap.
Every product we recommend is assessed against the specific demands of your space: foot traffic volume and type, subfloor conditions, moisture exposure, cleaning regime, acoustic requirements, and required aesthetic lifespan. We do not recommend residential products for commercial applications. We specify on the basis of fit for purpose.
Yes. Many of our projects run alongside an architect, interior designer, or principal agent. We coordinate seamlessly within a design team, provide detailed material specifications and sample boards, and work to a design intent. We understand project programmes and how to keep the flooring scope from becoming a delay.
